Calling to report an incident?
We do not take incident reports over the phone. All incidents must be reported via the RACK app. If you are having technical difficulties, please call 08458920911 and one of the team will be happy to help.

Checking the status of a report
If we have reported an incident to police on your behalf, and you would like an update, we recommend you contact your local police force on 101 for an update. When police provide us with an update, we will update the retailer by email (on their registered email address)
Data Subject Access Requests
Any person can make a Subject Access Request (DSAR). This should be done in writing, you can email data@retailactioncrimekit.com. Please note, we may request identification when we process your request. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
