Reporting an Incident

We do not currently accept incident reports over the phone. 

If you’re a community member, please contact your account manager to discuss adding phone reporting to your account. 

Checking the Status of an Incident Report

If we receive an update from law enforcement regarding an incident we reported on your behalf, you will be automatically notified by email. This email will contact information as to where the message came from (eg. which police force), what the subject is, and the content of the message. DO NOT reply to these emails, as they are sent from a ‘no-reply’ mailbox. 

Data Subject Access Request (DSAR)

Any person can make a Subject Access Request (DSAR). This should be done in writing, you can email data@retailactioncrimekit.com. Please note, we may request identification when we process your request. We will respond to all requests within 30 days. 

Update personal details (inc. business details)

To make changes to your personal information, including

  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Business name / registration number
