Retail crime is at an all time high, and all retailers, big and small are being impacted by offences such as anti-social behaviour, shop theft, fraud, robbery. and OCG (organised crime group) activity.
The trouble is, over the last 5 years or so, retailers have stopped reporting these crimes to law enforcement for various reasons. This has resulted in police not being aware (officially anyway) of the doily problems retailers face.
When we built RACK (originally Retail Action Crime Kit), our aim was to simplify and empower retailers to report retail crimes via our app, and we would take care of the rest, leaving the retailers to do what they do best – sell.

We’re not offering advanced technology with AI to help you tackle shoplifting.
Our solution is simple, Our members can report incidents via our simple dashboard or mobile phone app (takes minutes!). One of our team will then review the case, check for intel, and liaise with the retailer should any further information be required.
If the incident meets the threshold, the case will be reported directly to the police on behalf of the retailer. No hassle. No sitting on hold to 101. No waiting around.
Our members receive updates for all of their incidents via email in real time too – so they will always know what’s happening.
