RACK LIVE membership, the new name for RACK Community is a one-stop-shop for retailers when it comes to managing and reporting and managing retail crime. 

We’re here to support your business, and integrate with your Loss Prevention / Security department to ensure that the service is effective for your business.

    • If the incident meets the set criteria, we will log the incident with police on your behalf.

When we on-board new retailers, we offer the following as part of the mobilisation

    • First 30 or 60 day review

Retailers with 5 or more retail locations can opt to have white-labelled services such as a branded retail crime portal and dedicated local rate contact number.
